Generally, one would need 8-12 sessions, but again this is determined by the individual and coach. In many cases, the initial sessions would be once a week, phased out to every fortnight and then once a month.

They are two totally different offerings.
Coaching is highly specialized and addresses each person as an individual, developing a series of sessions to advance them personally and professionally.
Wellness Programs are not tailored to an individual, but are there as a platform to support staff in general.

A common question. There is no danger, providing your hypnotherapist is a licensed professional.
All treatments require the cooperation of the client. Without that, the outcome will be unsuccessful.
It is imperative that you relate to the therapist and develop trust, in order to feel unafraid to experiment with new suggestions. Remember, the changes are incremental and not radical.
Both are highly effective. It is dependent on the client and their choice of treatment. I generally recommend a combination of the two.
No, it cannot do anything of the sort. That is a frequent misconception about hypnosis. Nobody can force you to do anything. You are in complete control during the entire session.
